In my backyard I have a tulip TREE. It only blooms once a year and after it blooms , the flowers fall off and it is a horrible mess, but its worth it , that one time in February when it blooms. We made a trip to town yesterday to our SATURN dealership. We had leased a SATURN VUE 4 years ago, and the lease was up. The reason we leased it was that the lease payment was a lot less than the buy payment ($250. versus $500.) and I know it was a stupid thing to do but we did it and as you know once you sign your name your pretty much locked in for the 4 years.
